Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully as they apply to your use of ivnational.com and ivnationaledu.com (the “Websites”) and any services offered or provided by IV National LLC through the Website, including the education courses (the “Services”). We reserve the right to update or make changes to these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your access or use of
the Website or any Services following changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
The Website is owned and operated by IV National LLC. All materials on this site are the property of IV National LLC unless otherwise specified. No material from these pages may be copied, reproduced,
republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way unless you have specific permission in writing.. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of U.S.
copyright law and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this agreement, the use of any such material on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited.
You must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations while accessing or using the Website and Services. In addition, we expect users to respect the rights of others. Your use of the Website and Services is conditioned upon your compliance with the rules set forth in this section.
In connection with your use of the Websites and Services, you represent and warrant that you:
1. Are at least 18 years of age
2. Will not submit any information that is, in the sole opinion of IV National, unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, profane, hateful, offensive, harmful, vulgar, distasteful, defamatory, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
3. Will not violate any third party’s rights, including any breach of confidence, copyright,
trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right
4. Will not submit any information that is encrypted or that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spiders, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, disrupt, impair, disable or otherwise overburden the Website
5. Will not modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, sell, trade, or in any way exploit the Website
6. Will not access, retrieve, scrape, index, download or copy any information contained on the Website through artificial means, such as spiders, bots, hacking devices or other means
7. Will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other user accounts, or other computer systems or networks connected to the Websites
8. Will not use the Websites in any way that could interfere with the rights of IV National or the rights of other users of the Websites.
9. Will not remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Websites, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of content on the Websites, or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Websites.
10. Will not impersonate any other person, falsify contact information, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the origin of information provided on the Websites.
11. Will not solicit personal information from minors, or submit or transmit pornography.
12. Will abide by all applicable laws
Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that you (and not IV National LLC) are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband, and computer hardware, equipment and services needed to access and use the Websites and Services, and paying all charges related thereto.

We may terminate your use of the Websites or Services for any conduct that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate or for your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part to
modify or discontinue the Websites or any Services, with or without notice; charge fees in connection with the use of the Websites or Services; or modify or waive any fees charged in connection with the Websites
or Services. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Websites or of any Service, content, feature, or product, in whole or
in part. Your continued access to or use of the Websites or Services after such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes. If permanent discontinuance results in overpayment of subscription, overpayment shall be refunded.
In order to take courses offered on this Website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give contact information such as name and email address. In order to
take our courses and use the Services, the user must provide unique identifiers (such as user name and password). Additional information may be required for continuing education.
You represent and warrant that all information for whichever service you are requesting registration and access, submitted to IV National in connection with such registration is complete and accurate. We may reject, or require that you change, any user name, password or other information that you provide us during registration, for any reason. Your user name and password are for your personal use only and should be kept strictly confidential. You are responsible for any use or misuse of your user name and
password, and for any activity associated with your account. You agree to promptly notify IV National LLC
in the event of a breach or unauthorized use of your user name and password. We are not liable for any
loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the foregoing.
If you wish to purchase a service made available by us through the Websites, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to the purchase, including your facility's credit card number, expiration date, billing address and/or banking details such as routing and account numbers related to your facility's bank account. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD OR BANKING DETAILS UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PURCHASE. By
submitting such information, you authorize IV National LLC to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of the purchase.
The initial purchase may include a free trial period after which the paid period of use automatically begins.
It is your responsibility to cancel the trial period before the deadline for the end of the free trial begins.
The annual subscription service will automatically renew unless your subscription is canceled by you no
later than 2 weeks prior to renewal date.
IV National LLC reserves the right to limit the availability of any service or to discontinue any Service, as well as to impose conditions on the honoring of any coupons, promotional codes or similar promotions.
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to IV National’s then-current policies. You agree to pay all
charges that may be incurred by your facility through the Websites and/or Services, at the price in effect when such charges are incurred. You also remain responsible for any applicable taxes. You agree that you will not resell any Services purchased from us unless we have provided our express prior written consent.
Postings made by IV National on the Websites are made at such times as determined by IV National in its discretion and as news or developments are appropriate. Users should not assume that the information contained on the Websites has been updated or otherwise contains current information. We do not review
past postings to determine whether they remain accurate, and information contained in such postings may have been superseded by more current information without change.

IV National LLC attempts to ensure that information provided on the Websites, or in connection with the Services, is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, such information may occasionally be
inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or
currency of such information. Additionally, such information is subject to change at any time without notice.
Public forums such as threaded discussion groups and chat found on the Website or Services are not always screened by IV National, and we are not responsible for the content of any public or open forum
content at the Websites or through the Services. IV National may change these public forums based
solely on our discretion, and we reserve the right to terminate any forum at any time. IV National does not, by allowing these forums, endorse companies or products which may be mentioned in these forums, and reserves the right to note as such on the Website. If you decide to access any of the public forums on
the Websites, or linked to the sites, you do so entirely at your own risk.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive proof of continuing education credit for the
education courses completed. It is your/ your employees registered on our courses sole responsibility to
ensure that you receive proper credit with any state board of nursing or national certification agency for
the continuing education courses completed. IV National LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any
losses or claims resulting from your failure to submit actual contact hours earned to state and/or national
licensing agencies and you expressly acknowledge and agree that you/ your employees are solely
responsible for any such losses, claims or other liabilities.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive credit with state licensing agencies for the
education courses completed. IV National does not, however, guarantee that the state licensing agencies
will receive all information required in order for you or your staff to obtain credit for courses taken. It is
your  / Your employees's sole responsibility to ensure that you receive proper credit with any state
licensing agency for the education courses completed on the Website or through the Services. IV
National assumes no liability or responsibility for any losses or claims resulting from your/ your
employees's failure to obtain credit with state licensing agencies and you expressly acknowledge and
agree that you/ your registered employees are solely responsible for any such losses, claims or other

Except to the extent prohibited under applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless
IV National LLC, and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, licensors and service
providers, from and against all claims, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out
of (a) your / your employees' use of the Websites and Services; or (b) any violation of these Terms by you
or your employees.
All content and information on the Websites or provided through the Services, including, but not limited to,
all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, and software, are the exclusive property
of IV National or its licensors and are protected by the United States and international copyright,
trademark, patent and/or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by us, you
agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on all or
any part of the Websites or Services or any information or materials made available through the Websites
or Services.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), IV National will promptly respond to
claims of copyright infringement that are reported to the agent we have designated to receive notifications
of claims of infringement, whose contact information is:

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please
provide our agent with written notice of the claimed infringement that includes the following:
 A physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright
allegedly infringed
 A description of the copyrighted work that is claimed to have been infringed
 A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Websites
 Your address, telephone number, e-mail address and any other information reasonably
sufficient to allow IV National to contact you.
 A statement from you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

The Websites is controlled by IV National from its offices within the United States of America. IV National
makes no representation that materials in the Websites or Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who
choose to access the Websites or Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the materials in violation
of U.S. export laws and regulations. Any claim relating to the materials shall be governed by the internal
substantive laws of the State of New York.
IV National may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from
time to time to review the current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these
Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or conditions located on particular pages on this Website.
These Terms are severable. If any provision contained in these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect, and the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so that it is legal, valid and
enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.The Terms contain the entire agreement between you and IV National LLC regarding the use of the
Websites and Services and supersede any prior agreement, whether written or oral, between you and IV National regarding the subject matter contained in these terms.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy discloses our privacy practices and the possible uses of the information that we gather via https://www.ivnationaledu.com and http://www.ivnational.com, our mobile applications, and via other submissions by you to IV National LLC (Sites & Services). By using the Sites and Services you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, including having your personally identifiable information ("Personal
Information" as defined below) used in any of the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you may not be able to use certain parts or features of our Sites and Services, and in some instances, this may necessitate the revocation of your usage allowance and membership. IV National LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time-to-time in our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to
review the Privacy Policy for any changes each time that you use the Site and Services and you are bound by such changes. Your use of the Site and Services following us posting a new privacy policy on our Site signifies that you agree to and accept the Privacy Policy as modified.

This Privacy Policy applies to the entire IV National LLC’s family of products and services. This Privacy Policy is part of IV National’s Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, and all other terms of using our Site and Services.
Information Collected IV National collects information on our users in various ways, such as, by your voluntary submissions, participation in services provided via the Sites and Services. IV National may collect the following information:

 Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to information that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, phone number, cellular
phone number, email, postal address, and possibly information relating to certain support or customer service issues. In many cases, we need this information to provide to you the services that you may have requested.

 Third Party Information

We may supplement information you provide to us with information from other sources, such as information to validate or update your address, payment card or other demographic and lifestyle information. We use this information to help us
maintain the accuracy of the information we collect, to enable us to fulfill our products and services, to target our communications so that we can inform you of products, services and offers that may be of interest, and for internal business analysis or other business purposes consistent with our mission.

IV National may automatically collect non-personally identifiable information and data through the use of cookies. Cookies are
small text files a website uses to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user's ongoing access to the website and facilitate the use of the website. Cookies also allow a website to track usage behavior and compile site usage information that will allow for the improvement of content and target advertising. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. You may set your browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser. However, please be aware that some features of our Site and Services may not function or may be slower if you refuse cookies.
Use of Information The information IV National collects is used in a variety of ways, including

 to improve the Site and Services;
 to verify the legitimacy of reviews and ratings;
 to notify you about updates to the Site and Services;
 to let you know about products, services, and promotions that you may be interested in;
 to get reviews and ratings;
 for our marketing purposes and the marketing of discounts offered through our Site and Services by

We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties, except when one or more of the following conditions is true:

- The disclosure is necessary for the purpose for which the personal information was obtained;
- The disclosure is to financial service providers in order to fulfill and carry out the purchase and provision
of goods and services requested by you;

otherwise in violation of our IV National Membership Agreement, even without a subpoena, warrant or

Services, mailing lists, processing orders and delivering products and services, sending postal mail, processing claims for lost or stolen certificates, providing marketing assistance, confirming your identity for review integrity.

Prior to sharing of your Personal Information with others, agreements are made between IV National and such outside parties to whom we are transferring data to provide for the allowable use and security of the transferred information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. If IV National becomes aware that any such outside party is improperly using or
disclosing Personal Information, it will notify that outside party and request that it take reasonable steps to cease such use or disclosure.
If you properly notify us that you no longer want us to share your Personal Information, we will cease sharing your Personal Information.

We may also disclose aggregate visitor data in order to describe the use of the Site and Services to our existing or potential business partners, or in response to a government request.

Choice: Accessing Your Information and Opt-in/Opt-out Requests
To help you review, edit, and control how we use much of the information we collect about you, you can visit your "Manage My Accounts" webpage. On the "Manage My Accounts" webpage, you can update certain information. You cannot, however,
unsubscribe from receiving certain emails, such as account status and billing related emails, unless you close your account and
fulfill any existing contractual obligations.
You can also ask us whether we are keeping information about you; ask how your information is being used; ask us to update or correct your information; or opt-out of our collection and use of certain information by sending an email to info@ivnational.com or by writing us at Help Desk, IV National LLC 1465 E19th St Brooklyn NY 11230 specifying the nature and scope of your request. If you choose to opt-out of the collection and use of certain of your information, you understand that some services, may no longer be available to you, potentially requiring the cancelation of your Membership.
Please state in your correspondence the details of your request. We may require proof of your identity before we provide you with the requested information. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have certain data erased, rectified, amended, or completed. Approved requests will be processed within thirty (30) days of the
date on which we receive the request.
Data Security, Integrity, and Access The Personal Information you provide and we collect is stored within databases that we control directly or through our highly regarded and expert Administrative Service Providers. As we deem appropriate and as required by the applicable law, we use security measures appropriate for the sensitivity of the Personal Information and consistent with industry standards, including
physical, organizational and technological protections, such as firewalls, to protect your Personal Information. We also use industry standard encryption technology to protect credit card and password information. However, since no security system is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not
be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

Personal Information may only be accessed by persons within our organization or any other party that you have provided us with authorization to share such information with.

We retain Personal Information that we collect only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to otherwise meet any legal requirements.

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province/territory, or country where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those where you live. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please be aware that we transfer Personal Information to the United States and process and store it there. As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, law enforcement officials and national security authorities in the United States according to its laws. Subject to the applicable laws,
we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate protections are in place to maintain protections on the Personal Information. By submitting your Personal Information, you consent to having your personal data transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. IV National may assign you a user ID and a password when you register as part of your participation and access to the Site and Services. Your user ID and password may only be used by you and the members of your household.
You may not share your user ID and password with anyone else, and you are solely responsible for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of your user ID and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user ID and password. You can access and update your login information on your “Accounts" webpage.
Credit Card Information / Banking Details
We may share credit card or ACH bank information with trusted third parties in order to bill you for our service. We use third
parties for secure credit card transaction processing, and we send billing information to those third parties to process your orders and payments or to validate your credit card or banking information on file. Credit card information is encrypted during transmission and whenever stored within our systems or with our vendors. In addition to utilizing encryption that meets the US Government’s FIPS 140-2 Certification, we take care to store only the amount of information required to bill you for services.

Our credit card/ ACH transfer processing vendors use security measures to protect your information both during the transaction and after it’s complete. Credit card / ACH processing vendors are certified as compliant with multiple industry-
standard compliance frameworks including the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Service Provider Level 1, the SSAE-16 audit
Third Party Websites and Links
Please note that you may have cookies placed on your computer by third party websites that refer you to the Site. Although we do not share your Personal Information with these third party websites unless you have authorized us to do so, they may be able to link certain non-personally identifiable information we transfer to them with Personal Information they previously collected from you. Please review the privacy policies of each website you visit to better understand their privacy practices. In addition, IV National would like to inform you that anytime you click on links which take you to third party websites, you will be
subject to the third parties' privacy policies. While we support the protection of our customer's privacy on the Internet, IV
National expressly disclaims any and all liability for the actions of third parties, including but without limitation to actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of Personal Information by third parties.
Our Sites and Services may contain links to other sites operated by third parties. IV National does not control such other sites and is not responsible for their content, their privacy policies, or their use of Personal Information. IV National’s inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such sites or of their owners or operators except as disclosed on the Site and Services. Any information submitted by you directly to these third parties is subject to that third party's privacy policy.

Children's Privacy
IV National does not intend the Sites and Services to be used by individuals under the age of majority within the jurisdiction within which they reside without the supervision of a parent or guardian of majority age. IV National relies upon such parents or guardians to determine if the Sites and Services is appropriate for the viewing, access, or participation by such individuals
under the age of majority. If an individual under the age of majority uses the Site and Services, such individual may only use the Site and Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian of majority age.

We do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Information about children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

If you are the parent or guardian of a minor child who has provided us with Personal Information, you may contact us using the information below to request it be deleted.
Governing Law; Visitors Residing Outside the United States
This Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of IV National will be subject exclusively to the laws in the states in which IV National provides its services.

Your California Privacy Rights
This privacy policy describes how we may share your information for marketing purposes. It applies to all IV National’s customers, including California residents:

Your Nevada Privacy Rights
Under Nevada law, Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain “covered information” collected by operators of websites or online services. We currently do not sell covered information, as “sale” is defined by such law, and we don’t have plans to sell this information. However, if you would like to be notified if we decide in the future to sell personal information
covered by the Act, please go to info@ivnational.com to provide your name and email address. You are responsible for
updating any change in your email address by the same method and we are not obligated to cross-reference other emails you may have otherwise provided us for other purposes. We will maintain this information and contact you if our plans change. At that time we will create a process for verifying your identity and providing an opportunity to verified consumers to complete
their opt-out. Please become familiar with our data practices as set forth in this privacy policy. We may share your data as explained in this privacy policy, such as to enhance your experiences and our services, and those activities will be unaffected by a Nevada do not sell request.
